Management includes all accounts payable and accounts receivable. Monthly billing of Association Dues and collection of Dues payments. Quarterly meetings, including annual budget and election meetings. Preparation of meeting minutes. Announcements to property owners of upcoming improvements to be done. Obtaining 3 or more bids for any large improvment to be done, such as asphalt, tree trimming, landscaping, concrete improvements, etc. Providing financial information to CPA for annual audit and tax return preparation. Reserve study is scheduled every 2 years as required, and periodic on-site inspections and meetings with contractors as needed.
